The defendant, who doesn’t have a licence and wasn’t insured, finally stopped and got out of the vehicle on Cleaver Street, where he lives, and was soon detained.

The defendant, who was on licence until recently, has now been banned for 18 months, after admitting dangerous driving, no insurance and driving without a licence, on Ormerod Road, Queen Victoria Road, Thursby Road and Cleaver Street, on July 12th.

He was also given 12 weeks in jail, suspended for a year, with a 30 day rehabilitation activity requirement. Leach must also take an extended driving test.
