Family and friends of a Burnley schoolboy who died after falling from a canal bridge in Burnley will hold a fund-raiser this weekend in his memory.
The event, to pay tribute to Robbie Williamson (11), of Bear Street, will take place at Lowerhouse Canteen from 3pm on Sunday.
It is being organised by Debbie Hughes, whose partner Jack Sanderson is Robbie’s uncle. Everyone is welcome.
It will include entertainment from vocalists, raffles, games and Jack will be having his legs waxed.
The proceeds will go towards a lasting tribute to Robbie, who was a pupil at Shuttleworth College.
