Advanced Nurse Practitioner Janine Hood and her colleague Collette Baiamonte organised a charity quiz night at the bustling Kettledrum Inn in Cliviger, with regulars, locals and NHS staff alike attending in their droves in support of Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis, which supports those suffering from Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis.

With over 100 people in attendance, a highly respectable total of £410 was raised from the trivia quiz alone, while a heart-warmingly generous donation of £600 from the family of a pulmonary fibrosis suffered who tragically passed away earlier this year saw the grand total hit the four figure mark. Mrs Hall said: “We are very grateful for all the good people who decided to join us and help raise money for such an amazing cause.”
