A fairy good effort from four solicitors saw them dress up and run for charity.
The Steele Ford Newton solicitors Ben Leech, Lee Hammond, Krystal Savoie and Nick Cassidy ran over the hills from the firm’s Bacup office to its Burnley branch dressed as fairies to raise funds for the Katy Holmes Trust.
Nick said: “Katy was a little girl from Manchester who died from a brain tumour. One of our colleagues heard about her story and so we decided to raise some money.
“The run was about eight miles up and down some pretty steep hills which was tough, but we all did it in just over an hour.
“We are also arranging a number of other fund-raising events for the charity and have so far raised around £500.”
