Burnley terror book suspect at Old Bailey

A 20-year-old Burnley man has appeared at the Old Bailey charged with collecting information which could be useful in terrorism.

Niall Florence, of St Cuthbert Street, was remanded on bail for a plea and case management hearing on November 16th.

He was charged with four offences of collecting documents, including the Anarchist’s Cookbook and the Al Qaida Manual, and one charge of having a document to assist in terrorism.

The offences were said to have occurred between March and August last year.
