Fun-loving families enjoyed a grand day out at this year’s Ightenhill Festival.
Hundreds of people packed out Ightenhill Park for the popular event which was basked in Bank Holiday sunshine.
There was a feast of fun to be had, with youngsters enjoying fairground rides, carnival games and live music.
Crowds were wowed by a dog show from Pendle Dog Agility Club and visitors enjoyed a host of stalls selling books, games and home-made goods.
Children tried their hand at hook-a-duck, a football game and even a treasure hunt around the park.
Burnley Mayor Coun. Frank Cant said: “The weather was fabulous and people enjoyed themselves. It’s nice to see the community come together.”
