Free classes in Burnley mark National Fitness Day

Free fitness activities are being offered in Burnley to mark National Fitness Day tomorrow (Wednesday).

The day will begin with a 12-hour cycle challenge at 7am at St Peter’s Leisure Centre, where members of the public are invited to hop on a bike for 15-minute slots, win prizes and help Burnley Leisure Trust clock new miles.

And at 9-30am, fitness instructors will be outside Marks and Spencer delivering 30-minute classes.

Classes will also be available in the evening at St Peter’s and Padiham Leisure Centres free of charge.
