Craft ‘Aladdin’s Cave’ sale to help Pendleside Hospice

Pendleside Hospice fund-raisers have been handed the contents of a craft-woman’s attic which they have described as a veritable Aladdin’s Cave.

Made up of new fabrics, knitting wool, drawing materials, card-making materials and much else, it is the lifetime collection of a real enthusiast.

And everything is being put on sale at Fence Village Hall next Saturday, February 11th, from 10 a.m. until noon.

Fellow craft enthusiasts are encouraged to go along and find a bargain – and what better excuse to help a good cause? Beginners will also be able to benefit from the sale as there are many books showing you how to master many of the crafts.

And when you have shopped till you drop, refreshments will be available.
