He may be too young to grown his own moustache, but that didn’t stop eight-year-old Owen Marshall from supporting Movember.
The Springfield Primary School pupil got in on the fun by selling chocolate moustaches at school and raising £82 for Pendleside Hospice. His proud dad, Mr Simon Marshall, said: “My mum Kathleen died at the hospice in 2009 and Owen wanted to do something in her memory.
“He organised a table top sale at school selling the chocolate moustaches. We are all very proud of him.”
