Three people were arrested and one cautioned following two police drugs raids at houses in Burnley.
Police carried out a warrant at a house in Howsin Street, Stoneyholme, where they found heroin with an estimated street value of £1,500 as well as drugs paraphernalia and £400 in cash.
Fahzeer Hussain (20) of Whalley Street, Burnley, and Darren Catlow (30) of Howsin Street have been charged with possession of heroin with intent to suppply. Deborah Lawrence (32) of Howsin Street has been charged with possession of heroin with intent to supply and a separate count of possession of heroin.
Officers also carried out a warrant at a house in Dall Street, Burnley Wood. A 38-year-old woman has been given a caution for possession of a Class C drug, diazepam.
