“I am particularly keen to speak to a man and a woman that were nearby at the time of the second incident on November 19th who may have witnessed what happened. We don’t have a description of the male witness but the lady has been described as wearing a beige and pink floral top. If you think that was you, please get in touch with us as you may have information that could help.”
The offender has been described as white, in his late teens and of slim build. On both occasions, he was wearing dark clothing and a hooded top.
Det. Sgt Pemberton continued; “I would urge anybody who may have noticed anyone acting suspiciously in the area or to anyone who may have also been approached by someone fitting this description to contact Lancashire Police by calling 101.”
