A TEENAGED girl was groped at a popular Burnley bar in a late night attack.

The 18-year-old was leaving “Inside Out” bar in Bull Street when she was approached by two men at around 12-30 a.m. on April 15th.

As she was talking to one of the men, the other touched the girl “inappropriately.”

The man was thrown out by bouncers but now police are keen to speak to the pair and have issued descriptions to jog people’s memories.

The first man is described as his 30s, around 5ft 11 in. tall of medium build with short dark spiky hair and a tanned complexion.

He was wearing a pale grey polo shirt with a dark grey collar and jeans.

The second man is described as in his late 30s to early 40s, about 6ft 2in. tall, of medium build with short, dark spiky hair and also of tanned complexion. He was wearing a long-sleeved, fitted black top and jeans.

PC Darren Davies who is looking into this is appealing for anyone with any information to come forward and contact police.

He said: “I would appeal for anyone who may recognise the description of these men or who may remember either seeing the incident itself to come forward and contact police.”

Anyone with any information can contact police on 01524 63333 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
