Police find £17,600 cannabis factory in Burnley house

A CANNABIS factory, with an estimated street value of up to £17,600, has been discovered at a house in Burnley.

Police uncovered 44 plants at the address in Arley Street last Thursday.

The action came after members of the public raised concerns to local police.

A 40-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of producing cannabis and has been released on police bail until May 9th, pending further inquiries.
