Police appeal after Burnley home burgled

Police are appealing for information after a burglary at a house in Burnley.

The break-in is thought to have happened in Queen Victoria Road sometime between 6-30 and 7-45pm on Thursday, October 3rd.

The offenders broke in through the front door and stole items altogether valued at £3,500 including money, jewellery, a Samsung Galaxy tablet and an iPhone.

PC James Walton said; “We would appeal for anyone with any information to come forward and contact us. In particular, I would be keen to speak to anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in the areas around Queen Victoria Road, Briercliffe Road and Eastern Avenue.”
