Food glorious food was the order of the day at Padiham’s latest Farmers’ Market and Craft Fair.
The third such fair to be held in as many months took place outside Padiham Town Hall where 24 food producers from Lancashire and beyond set up stall.
The town hall ballroom also had craft stalls in place.
Balroom manager Mr Alan Barnes said: “This was our third market and best so far. We had torrential rain for the last one but still did well.
“This month, though, was a great success. Nearly everyone sold out and a really good range of artisan, locally produced food and crafts.”
Specialist fish, game, cheese, bread and beer producers were just some selling their wares.
The next market will be held on October 12th.
