West Craven Insurance Service’s Managing Director, Ian Clarkson, said: “Once again, everybody really enjoyed the event – it was a great day. West Craven Insurance Services sponsors Skipton Golf Club and again their facilities and hospitality were first class.

“Our sponsorship of the golf club is part of our support for our community, and so is our continued support for Pendleside hospice, with the added draw this year of being involved in the hospice’s corporate challenge, which is why we’re delighted to have raised over £1,100 to help with the wonderful work they do.

“This is our fifth annual golf day and it’s now become a regular fixture in our calendar of charity events.”

Mr Clarkson gave thanks to those that offered raffle and auction prizes too including Jaybee Supplies, Harry Garlick’s, Earby Autos, Dawn Beckwith Driving School and Love Sweet Things.
