Burnley fire being treated as arson

TEN firefighters were called to the scene after a derelict property in Burnley went up in flames.

The Parkinson Street incident, which happened at 4-37pm on June 26th, is now being treated as arson.

The building is said to have been well alight when the fire crew arrived.

Two sets of breathing apparatus were used, as well as ladders and hoses.

Firefighters left at approximately 6pm.
