A huge fire ripped through a Burnley business and neighbouring homes this morning.
Around 25 firefighters were drafted in to tackle the blaze as flames quickly spread down the terraced row.
Four fire engines and two aerial ladder platforms were sent to the scene to tackle the fire which is believed to have started around 6-30am.
Fire crews managed to bring the flames under control before the fire spread to more empty properties on the row.
Police and fire chiefs are investigating the cause of the blaze.
