FIRE-FIGHTERS were called out to Marsden Hall Road, in Nelson, this morning after a Pendle Council refuse wagon was engulfed in flames.

Crews from two fire engines and a specialist unit were called out to tackle the flames, which involved a nearby vehicle, too, at 10-55 a.m.
