absolutely awful, been a few times and everytime i thought it would improve but it hasnt so i give up! every order from the drive thru has been missing items so we have had to go back or check the contents before driving off, the last time the food was terrible - tasted and smelt like burnt fat but we were home and unpacked with the baby out the car so couldnt go back. phoned manager who didnt give a toss and said we could have free chips and piece of chicken next time we go. there wont be a next time!

Wont be returning to the new KFC drive through. After being asked ‘would i like some spicy chicken wings adding to the order for only £3’ i agreed and was so annoyed to find they werent even in the bag when i got home! Paid nearly £18 and what a waste of money…food bland and just thrown in a box. Wasnt even busy so wouldnt like to see the service if they had more than one car in the drive through. One positive got a serviette and salt…but no fork/spoon for the beans?! Use fingers!?

This place served aweful, tasteless food that was cold by the time I got home ( 3 mins away max), the staff were rude and arrogant, no salt, fork or napkins. They even tried to blame me for it when I complained saying we always put salt in the buckets! So what did I do with the salt, de-freeze my drive with it!! How ridiculous was that.
Take my advice, try another kfc not this one! I cannot give a -10 so I’m doing it now, score out of 10 for this place 10 – p.s and I had no choice to award a star if I wanted to leave a review but it was forced.. No star rating.

Absoloutley horrendous!!!! I got a fully loaded meal and my husband got the boneless box. We tried the new drive through on Sunday on the way back from a show. Well what can i say…..we live literally 2 mins away from this store but when we arrived home our food was cold. This shouldnt be the case as there were a few people in front of us so the food should have been fresh. The chicken was greasy, cold and tatseless, the gravy tasted of flour and not cooked at all. We were thrown our boxes through the window by some very rude staff, with no napkin or spork, or salt for the chips …………there was no salt on them at all. Forbid we had just called on a journey somewhere, how were we supposed to eat the gravy..drink it??? All in all glad we came home and i could make something else as this went straight in the bin!! Save your money and go somewhere else!! like the previous review i cant give minus stars!

A KFC meal should be a KFC meal wherever you purchase one - tried this place twice - hoping that the first dismal meal was just unfortunate.
The food on our second visit was even worse.
Ignorant and unintelligible staff - who really didn't care
Poor quality - overcooked food
Never again

I don’t really like this kfc in burnley. The staff are not very nice in here and i don’t think it is kept very clean. Te toilets are defiantly not cleaned regularly anyway! Te food tastes ok just the same as all the other kfc’s but i do avoid coming in here because i don’t feel comfortable eating in here. There is a drive through that’s good for the drivers and it does have quite a big car park but that’s only really its good feature! I would not recommend this kfc to anyone unless they got new staff and picked up some hygiene skills!

I love KFC but this has to be the worst restaurant in the area.The staff are ignorant and the waiting times are appalling and worst of all the shop is so small that only two or three can get inside at a time.If you want a decent KFC then visit another branch cos this one is dire
