AN unbeaten century from David Holt saw Thornton through to the final of the Craven and District Cricket League Wynn Cup.
He smashed 104 to help see off Wilsden, putting on 122 for the seventh wicket with Jason Lockley to help see their side home.
Despite being 60-4 early on, Holt played shots all around the wicket, while Lockley ended the day unbeaten on 56.
And Wilsden were always struggling in reply, ending on 152-8 as Lockley finished with 4-34 off 12 overs.
Thornton will face Cullingworth in the final at Crossflatts on Sunday, August 17th.
And it proved a successful weekend for the Booth Bridge Lane side, who also won their league game with Glusburn by 46 runs.
Kev Pollard top-scored with 54 as the total reached 190-9, before Scott Hudson (4-35) and Marc Laycock (4-45) skittled their opponents for 144.
However, it was defeat for Barrowford at Cowling, knocked over for 99 despite bowling out their hosts for 116, as John Cant took 5-49.
In the Second Division, Foulridge almost upset leaders Haworth Road, going down by three wickets in the penultimate over.
Aussie Brendan O'Keefe (28) and Ryan Duerden (27) helped amass 126-9 in 37 overs, but it proved to be an inadequate total.
Chatburn made 139 at home to Pendle Forest, with Dave Musson (43) and Richard Shovelton (38) top-scoring for the Ribble Valley side as veteran Ken Halstead took 4-45 off 12 overs.
However, the Fence side were then shot out for just 61, with Andy Booth taking 4-28 and John Lockley 3-21.
The Third Division saw 10-men Carleton involved in a dog fight at Barrowford.
Batting first, the visitors were knocked over for 59, as J. Coates took 6-14 in 6.3 overs.
However, when the Bull Holme side batted, they too found scoring runs difficult, limping over the line with two wickets left as opener M. Iqbal held firm with an unbeaten 29.
Pendle Forest seconds lost their Fourth Division clash with Cullingworth by four wickets, dismissed for a paltry 48 before M. Khan took 4-25 in reply.
