SEVEN wickets from Russell Braithwaite helped Chatburn remain top of the table.
He grabbed figures of 7-8, with Andy Booth also grabbing 3-16, as Airedale were skittled for just 24.

And the locals wasted no time in knocking off the runs to record a comfortable 10-wicket win.

Both openers, Mark Braithwaite and Nick Hutchinson, finished unbeaten on 13.

Meanwhile, the second string won their first game of the season, beating Bradley by 38 runs.

Chatburn batted first and were bowled our for just 95, with Ashley Bennett (43 not out) the main run scorer.

However, the father and son duo of Geoff and Andy Lambert did the business with the ball, taking figures of 5-28 and 4-4 respectively as their opponents were skittled for 57.
