MARK Braithwaite top-scored with 55 and Andrew Booth took 5-11 as Chatburn won at Glusburn by 57 runs.
David Lakin won the toss and chose to bar, and Braithwaite proved the mainstay of the innings, before he was the sixth man out at 113.

There were other significant contributions from Ashley Bennett (20) and Lakin (26).

Glusburn were immediately on the back foot in reply, with five wickets down for only 28 runs after eight overs.

Booth took the eye with a remarkable spell, while John Lockley chipped in with 3-26.
