LOWERHOUSE will hope to get their pre-season preparations underway tomorrow.
With the new Lancashire League season just over a week away, last week's games against Clitheroe were wiped out by the weather.

Tomorrow sees them entertain Manchester University, and on Sunday the first team host Read.

Unfortunately the second team's trip to Belvedere tomorrow and the third team's game at the same venue on Sunday have already been cancelled because the ground is unfit.

Burnley have also planned two first team friendlies for the weekend.
Tomorrow they are due to play host to Read and on Sunday the Lancashire Federation are the visitors.

The second team are due to step up their preparations for the new season with a trip to Garstang on Sunday.
