STAFF at a Clitheroe travel agents have been recognised for their excellent customer service.
An anonymous customer nominated staff at Clitheroe Travel, Castle Street, for a Swift Award, a nationwide award scheme, which recognises small businesses that deliver a swift, efficient and good value for money services.
The awards are sponsored by online insurance company swiftcover.com and Clitheroe Travel will now receive a profile and listing on the unique online directory swiftrelief.
Owner Nigel Pratt said: "Management at Clitheroe Travel are extremely pleased our staff have been recognised at a time when all you hear is doom and gloom."
