BT Business is encouraging employees across Burnley, Pendle and the Ribble Valley to nominate their boss for the "My Boss The Hero" award.
The winning boss will receive an all-expenses-paid relaxation day of their choice, while the employee will win £500 to celebrate.

BT Business wants to applaud small business bosses who make sure their employees are looked after and have an excellent work life balance.

Perhaps they have allowed staff to work flexibly, have set up an excellent benefits package or have invested in the latest technology to help employees work more effectively.

Votes can be cast for your boss online at http://sme.bt.com/hero. The closing date for entries is Friday, March 7th.

Gary McLean, BT Local Business regional director for the North West, said: "The North West is brimming with talented businessmen and women and BT Business is looking to celebrate the hard work employers are putting in to help make their employees happy and their working environment dynamic."
