LIKE father, like daughter has proved true in the case of one Burnley businessman.
Emma Withnell has set up her own company in the Borough Saw Mill, Talbot Street, Burnley, where she and her father, Freddie, have been in partnership for 15 years manufacturing and supplying golf course equipment.

Emma branched out on her own with help from No Limits Finance for Growth, motivated by the success of golf business FMW Distinct.

The Work Wear Warehouse offers work clothes and equipment as well as a graphic design and printing service allowing customers to personalise uniforms and clothes.

Emma said: "I was looking for a new challenge, something that would complement the existing business and attract a new customer base."

Emma received a grant from No Limits Finance for Growth to refurbish the building into a new warehouse.

Mayor of Burnley Coun. Peter McCann recently opened the premises and said the business had great potential.

Emma also received business support from Burnley Enterprise Trust which referred her onto the No Limits programme.
