HOYLE'S double put Healeywood United on the brink of the Quest Electrical Supplies Burnley and District Sunday League title.
Wood also netted as they secured a 3-0 victory over Havelock.

And that result means two wins from their final three fixtures will be enough to secure top spot.

Only Woodhouse can now catch them, who sit 13 points behind United with three games in hand.

Elsewhere, a brace apiece from Scott and Ellis handed George IV victory at Burnley League in a nine-goal thriller.

Stansfield (2), Leach and Bradbury netted for the hosts, but Pearson netted the key strike for George.

McVerry and D. Jagger cancelled out goals from Robinson and Fenwick as Gordon Lennox drew 2-2 with Burnley Boys' Club, while a similar result between Longside and Red House in the Second Division brought a brace apiece for Moore and Wilkinson respectively.

Feber and Tweedale earned Glory a 2-1 win over George and Dragon, while Farley scored a consolation for George IV United as they lost 2-1 at Junction, to goals from Cassidy and Lane.

The only game in the Third Division was another nine-goal thriller, with Walsh netting twice for St Pauls in a 5-4 success over Craven Heifer.

Tomlinson, Stafford and Kemp also netted for the hosts, with Dumon, Kamara (2) and Clough hitting consolation efforts for Craven.
