Witness plea after man found dead in stream

POLICE are appealing for information that will help them piece together the last movements of a 42-year-old man found dead in a stream in Crawshawbooth yesterday.

The body of Crawshawbooth man Sean Park was discovered in the small stream, which runs from Burnley Road to Stoneholne Road, at 9 a.m.

Police would like to hear from witnesses who may be able to help them ascertain his movements from Sunday evening onwards. There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the incident.
