Oddies worker had hot soup thrown in face

POLICE in Burnley are investigating after a bakery worker had hot soup thrown in his face.

The incident happened at 9-30 a.m. on Saturday at Oddie's Bakery in Coal Clough Lane.

The victim, a 19-year-old man, was taken to the Royal Blackburn Hospital and was treated for a reddened and blistered face.
