FIRE ripped through a semi-detached house in Burnley in the early hours of this morning.
Fire-fighters were called to the unoccupied property in Townfield Avenue at 4-24 a.m. to find the ground floor well alight and smoke and heat damage to the first floor.
The neighbouring house was also damaged by smoke.
