Fire-bugs target derelict house

BURNLEY firefighters were called to Cowper Street in South-West Burnley at 7 p.m. yesterday after vandals started a fire in a derelict house.
Crews from two fire engines spent half-an-hour putting out the flames and used two breathing apparatus and a hose reel.
