POLICE have released an evo-fit of a man they want to speak to to connection with a "flashing" incident in Burnley.
Around 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 2nd, a 36-year-old woman was walking along the canal towpath near the bus station in Croft Street when a man she walked past shouted to get her attention and exposed himself, committing a sex act, when she turned around.

The man threatened the woman before making off along the towpath onto the nearby car park where he got into a small dark blue van.

The man is described as being in his 50s and around 5ft.8in. tall. He had prominent teeth and was wearing a short cream zipped-up jacket and dark tan trousers.

DC John McNamara said: "I would like to appeal to anyone who recognises the man in the evo-fit to contact police. I would also like to speak to anybody who thinks they may have seen this man in the Croft Street area on the day of the offence, or indeed anyone who saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area."

Anybody with any information should contact Burnley CID on 01282 472240 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
