Burnley man (23) admits child sex charge

A BURNLEY man could face jail after pleading guilty to a charge of sexual activity with a child.
Mark Wathen (23), of Waterbarn Street, appeared at Burnley Crown Court and will be sentenced at Preston Crown Court on Wednesday, June 4th.

He was bailed on condition he lives at his current address and does not contact any of the prosecution witnesses.

He admits he is a paedophile and they still let him out on bail!? Lucky he wasn't up for paying his council tax late or he'd have been remanded in custody.

he has admitted the offence so the courts let him out to re-offend?this is with a child?do our courts not care about our children?ahhhh they do care about non payment of poll tax they lock u up to teach u a lesson maybe its time to look at our jp's and there big wages and just what they do?

this case is sick,i cant help but wonder what hes level of risk of reoffending is,and who will be responsible if he does reoffend ?
