THIEVES broke into a shed behind a house in Ullswater Road, Burnley.
They escaped with a set of Callaway golf clubs and fishing tackle worth a total of £2,370.
TOOLS worth £478 were stolen when thieves broke into a Ford Fiesta van in Lansdowne Close in Burnley.
WOULD-BE thieves tried to break into a Renault Clio in Park Avenue, Burnley. They tried to force the car door with a screwdriver but did not get inside.
A BLACK Honda Jazz worth £7,000 was stolen from Sycamore Avenue, Burnley. The car's registration number is PL53 AOZ.
