BURGLARS stole copper piping, a boiler, an internal door and stone flags, to the value of £2,900, after breaking into an empty house in Grange Street, Burnley.
GOODS worth £1,170 were stolen after a shed in Gainsborough Avenue, Burnley, was broken into. Two drills, a black and blue mini moto, two toy helicopters, a yellow pressure washer, two socket sets and two mountain bikes were taken.

AN Austin Metro car, worth £50, was stolen from a garage in Constable Avenue, Burnley. Its registration number is F433 YCW.
