FIVE different players were on target as the Clarets won in Ventura County in the early hours of this morning.
More than 3,300 were at Buena High - the biggest crowd in Fusion's three-year history - to see Burnley ease past the Premier Development League side.

Fusion had three presentable openings in the first 10 minutes, but strikers Anthony Hamilton and Artur Aghasyan were unable to take them and Burnley's quality began to show.

Chris McCann, 22 on Tuesday, opened the scoring in the 14th minute, drilling home from the edge of the area, before Chris Eagles doubled their advantage from Steven Fletcher's pull back.

The record signing added the third from the spot after impressive Ecuadorian trialist Fernando Guerrero was upended.

After the break, Guerrero got on the scoresheet, while Kevin McDonald added the fifth.

Burnley: Jensen (Penny 46), Eckersley, Duff, Edgar (Jordan 46), Easton, Guerrero, Gudjonsson (van der Schaaf 61), McCann (McDonald 46), Eagles (Blake 61), Thompson (Rodriguez 46), Fletcher. Subs not used: Mears, Carlisle, Caldwell, Kalvenes, Alexander.

I actually listened to the second half of the game, after finding ventura fusions web site ob the clarets official site. It said that they were 8 hrs behind but that was the UK and i forgot to add on the extra two hours for Finland so i missed the first half. I thought the commentary was very slow and boring as the yank commentator kept asking the names of the players. I would have thought he would have done his homework beforehand.
