BURNLEY'S Youth set-up has undergone a reshuffle.
Following the appointment of Director of Youth Development Martin Dobson, Head of Youth Development Vince Overson will now take charge of the Centre of Excellence, while Terry Pashley continues as Youth Team coach, assisted by Andy Farrell.
Jeff Taylor, formerly the Child Protection Officer and Centre of Excellence Administrator, now becomes Head of Recruitment.
And Pat McKiernan, formerly the deputy headteacher at Blessed Trinity RC College, has been employed as the club's new Education and Welfare Officer.
