Burnley's 'Team of the 70's are proud to announce a traditional Lancashire night as their own special tribute to Jimmy McIlroy.
The dinner will take place at Turf Moor on Saturday, February 27, with Clarets legends and cult heroes from the 1970s paying their own special tribute to Jimmy.
Lancashire fayre will be served and entertainment on the night will be provided by Paul Fletcher, Steve Kindon and veteran Media guru Alastair Campbell.
And a nod to the 1950s, when McIlroy lit up the stage at Turf Moor, guests are invited to wear flat caps!
Fletcher and Kindon will be joined by their tam mates from the 70s, including Alan Stevenson, Peter Noble, Colin Waldron, Dave Thomas, Geoff Nulty, Mick Docherty, Brian Flynn, Jim Thomson, Martin Dobson, Leighton James, Frank Casper, Ralph Coates, Arthur Bellamy, Derek Scott and Ray Hankin.
Guests can book a table of nine for £350 and this includes a player of your choice to join you at the table.
