"All the group are a little bit wounded," says Clarets chief Sean Dyche
Both Ashley Barnes and James Tarkowski started the Carabao Cup tie against Manchester City as well as the Premier League loss at the hands of Newcastle United.
Johann Berg Gudmundsson featured as a second half substitute at St James' Park and went on to play for Iceland while Robbie Brady, who was on the bench against the Magpies, represented the Republic of Ireland.

"They are getting back, Johann's been getting some more minutes, which is good because that could have been a long one."
Barnes is in line to partner Chris Wood once again when the Clarets take on west Bromwich Albion at the Hawthorns on Monday evening.
The pair were on the scoresheet last time out against the Baggies with Barnes opening the scoring with a memorable acrobatic finish.

"We had to get him off [against Newcastle United] because we're trying to get him properly fit and Tarky is the same. They're not up to their usual standards, but they will get there."
