A Romanian crime gang who stole more than £160,000 worth of items from supermarkets across the UK have been jailed.
The offenders, who distracted security staff by intentionally activating alarm systems, were captured on CCTV footage shamelessly plundering supermarket shelves.
Striking at least 81 times at stores across the UK - including Blackpool, Fleetwood, Accrington and Rawtenstall - the gang made off with goods worth more than £160,000.
